At BOLANDO, we know that using legal assistance can be expensive. Therefore, we have made it risk-free to use our professional help.
With us you only pay a percentage (starting at 25%) of the amount we win for you, or which you save in expenses. We call this pricing model no-win-no-fee.
A no-win-no-fee model means that we pursue the case for you and have contact with the landlord and possibly the landlord's lawyer. We also bring the case before the rent board and, if necessary, the Housing Court if the landlord refuses to cooperate or to meet our requirements.
In other words, we handle the case from start to finish, so you don't have to worry.
Your case will be in safe hands and all our legal tools will be put to use so that we can win the case for you.

BOLANDO charge a service fee
Here is an example
1. The landlord keeps your deposit
You move out and your landlord keeps your entire deposit of DKK 10,000.
2. You contact BOLANDO
You contact BOLANDO and we represent you. Through dialogue with the landlord, where we refer to legislation, case law, etc., we obtain a refund of your full deposit.
Therefore you get paid 10,000 DKK and BOLANDO gets 2,500 DKK in fees.
If we had not recovered the money, our work would have been free.
Partial refunds
Let's assume that BOLANDO only recovered DKK 8,000 and that you still had to pay DKK 2,000 to the landlord.
In such situations, of course, we only take a percentage of the amount you saved and not the total claim. This means that BOLANDO's fees are set in relation to the DKK 8,000 and not the DKK 10,000.
